We are over the moon to announce that Paisley's puppies arrived on Saturday, December 27th~all 13 gorgeous Barbet pups safely here!
Mama Paisley is an absolute superhero~calm,attentive,and overflowing with love. We are beyond grateful to report that Mom and babies are all doing wonderfully!
Our puppies are already busy doing what they do best: nursing, sleeping, and growing strong. Watching the miracle of nature with Mom and her pups, fills our hearts with joy!
We are so incredibly blessed to be sharing this journey with wonderful families from across the country, all excited to welcome one of these special puppies into their homes. Thank you for your trust , your patience, and your shared love for this fabulous and rare breed.

About our Program
As a proud United Kennel Club- registered Barbet breeder, we believe in quality over quantity. Our goal is simple: to contribute thoughtfully to the growth of this rare, healthy, and intelligent breed in the USA~not to overbreed. Our beloved Paisley will have just two litters in her lifetime~this upcoming litter will be her second and last ~ ensuring her health, happiness, and a long, joyful life as our treasured companion. Our sire (Frenchy) Francois D’artagnon is of Grand Champion lineage and he contributes his great genes and wonderful disposition to his puppies.Caring for our puppies is truly a family affair. My husband and I work side by side, giving what we like to call “white-glove, five star” care to both mom and pups. When we have a litter, our guest room transforms into a cozy whelping suite~ complete with clean soft bedding, gentle meditation music, and warm water bottles for comfort.Paisley has constant access to her pups and a lounge area just outside the whelping pen where she can rest and recharge. We go above and beyond to make sure every puppy gets the best possible start in life ~ healthy, happy and ready to become a cherished member of their forever family.Furthermore, every puppy is vet-checked, microchipped, and receives their first round of core puppy vaccinations before going home. They are also registered with the UKC. We also begin potty training at four and 1/2 weeks and we crate train them at 7 weeks so they have developed a great foundation to bring to their forever families. They leave the nest happy, healthy, well-socialized and ready to thrive in their forever home.

Important steps along the way
- you will be notified the day the pups are born and I will be sending you paperwork via gooddog platform along with a non- refundable deposit request for $500.00 this secures one of the pups to you and your family
- 4wks~ at this point we have Vollard temperment tested the pups to know which ones would be perfect for your lifestyle. This is when you get to come in person and spend time with the pups or enjoy this experience over zoom if you live distant from our nest. Once you love lock with that one pup and have thought of a name we will begin calling your pup by its chosen name.
- 6wks~ All pups will visit my Vet...at Chasefarm Veterinary Hospital in Dartmouth Ma. They will be vet checked, vaccinated (which includes deworming), microchipped..they have also been weened, ongoing potty training and soon to be crate trained.
- 7wks~ this is when I will be sending you the contract for signing via good dog platform and final payment request of $3,000.00 will be paid..If you are local you can do this in person and visit your pup at the same time. Also this is when we will need your crate so your pup is crate trained in the crate you will being it home in. Distant ..I will ask you to ship the crate to me ahead of time.
- 8wks~ you precious pup is ready to leave the nest! Pups are now 90% potty trained and crate trained..you can come by at your scheduled time and just scoop your puppy up and take the precious home for a wonderful life:) Our hearts are full of Joy each time a puppy goes home with the family they were born to share their life with.
- 8-10wks...we are available to keep your puppy in the nest longer than 8wks if we have discussed this and made arrangements to make it easier for your family.

Barbets are not Doodles
We are often asked if our dogs are doodles because of the curly hair.
The big difference between doodles and the barbet is that the Barbet is pure bred and doodles are mixed breed.
If the Barbet was a car it would be a Rolls-Royce....

Meet my Paisley and Frenchy
Paisly was born to our AKC breeder in Giorgia. She is so smart and loving that I can not imagine life without her! We loved her so much that we found our Frenchy with our CKC breeder in Canada. They are best friends and hmmm husband and wife:) They are both registered with the United Kennel Club and
I am possibly the only UKC Barbet Breeder in the USA!
